Nevertheless, we do our best to ensure the security of ticket monies within our means and therefore usually apply the following procedure:
In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded the corresponding amount excluding any fees (e.g. shipping costs, service fees), provided that a refund via eventim is legally and financially possible and the organizer has instructed us to process the refund.
If the tickets were ordered by telephone from oeticket, via eventim.sk or the website of one of our partners, the corresponding amount will be credited to the payment method you used when booking.
