Discounted tickets are available in our online shop for many events. The organizer decides whether discounts are offered and which discounts are available. Discounted tickets are available for children, school pupils, students, senior citizens and people with disabilities.
The relevant page of our online shop will indicate whether discounted tickets are available for your chosen event. Please note that proof of eligibility for the discount (e.g. a school ID, student ID or senior citizen ID) must be presented at the venue before admission. Please make sure that you meet the requirements for the discount you have selected (e.g. the age limit for child discounts, etc.).
If you have already booked tickets at the standard price in our online shop, unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange them for discounted tickets. Once you click on “Pay” at the end of the ordering process, the tickets you have selected are bindingly purchased from the organizer at full price and paid for directly.
If you require wheelchair-accessible tickets, please first check whether these are available for your chosen event via our seating plan booking system.
